We offer three types of sessions: Lifestyle Portrait Sessions for entrepreneurs, coaches, and creatives who need imagery for their website and personal brand; Professional Headshot Sessions for executives and business professionals needing LinkedIn, press, or corporate photos; and Corporate Group & Team Headshot Sessions for companies and organizations needing consistent team photography, on-site or in-studio.
Sessions take place at outdoor locations (parks, urban backdrops, scenic areas), at your office or co-working space, or at a professional rental studio (additional studio fee applies). For corporate team sessions, we typically come to your workplace. Popular outdoor locations include Santa Monica, Manhattan Beach, Pasadena, and Culver City. We help you select the right setting based on your brand goals and the look you're going for.
Wear outfits that align with your brand's personality — neutral tones, solid colors, and simple patterns tend to photograph best. Avoid busy prints, large logos, or neon colors. For team sessions, we provide a prep guide with wardrobe guidance so your team looks cohesive without being too matchy. We'll send you a full prep guide after booking.
Individual headshot sessions typically run 30–60 minutes. Full personal branding sessions run 60–90 minutes to allow time for outfit changes and different locations or setups. Corporate team sessions are scheduled based on team size — we're efficient and can typically photograph 8–12 people per hour. Contact us for a custom timeline estimate.
Your fully edited, high-resolution images are delivered in a private online gallery within 1–2 weeks. For corporate sessions, we organize the gallery for easy individual download. Need your photos faster? Rush delivery (3–5 business days) is available — ask us when booking.
