With COVID-19, a lot of us had to put a pause to our traveling plans. We all have gotten the opportunity to slow down and take a step back to think and learn. One of the ways many of us have benefited is advancing our technical skills in communicating in different dimensions. As much as we all crave human contact, the year of COVID-19 has certainly taught us what’s most important in life – our loved ones.
In the past year, I got married and started my professional photography journey. And I had the greatest pleasure of gathering with my new in-laws and capturing a four-generation family session! With the families living hundreds of miles away from one another, the time we got to spend with each other became instantly precious, especially for my parents-in-law and their grandkids. Family photos in a professional setting is not something the grandparents had experienced much in the past, and so this photoshoot we held at Hermosa Beach was a fun little activity for us all to get together in the early morning. It is always a joy to capture the little kiddies having summer fun at the beach, and it permeates the exuberant mood around to the rest of the group.
We asked Stephanie to capture our special time together! Getting a natural smile from the kids is always tough, Stephanie suggested having bubble solution handy!
