This is a rather overdue journal post on our lovely Shadow\u2019s birthday, which happened a few months back in October of 2021. Let me give you little background story here, our Shadow girl is a rescue from the SPCALA Long Beach shelter since October of 2019 – yes, she joined our little family right before the global pandemic, which was a real blessing to have her around us during the difficult year. Since we are unsure when her exact birthday is, we decided to use her adoption month as her birth month, celebrating a new beginning with us!<\/p>

Fast forward to 2022, she is approximately 11 years old, and we have learned SO MUCH about her. Here are a few phone snaps of her posing and flipping like a different animal.<\/p>
