Once booked, we’ll schedule a prep call to go over your event timeline, key moments, and special requests. We’ll coordinate with your event team, vendors, or planners to ensure smooth execution.
On the big day, we’ll document every important moment, from candid interactions to beautifully composed portraits. Your professionally edited photos will be delivered in a private online gallery—ready to share and relive the experience!

You’ll receive your fully edited photos within 2-4 weeks via a private online gallery, where you can download, share, and order prints. Need photos sooner? Ask about our rush editing options for quicker delivery.
Absolutely! We specialize in a mix of documentary-style candids and posed portraits, ensuring we capture every detail—from heartfelt interactions to beautifully arranged group photos and event décor.
To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit is required, with the balance due the day after the event. We understand that plans change, so we allow rescheduling with advance notice (subject to availability). Learn more about our Cancellation and Rescheduling policy.
