We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy ensures fairness for both our clients and our team while allowing us to accommodate adjustments as best as possible. Please review the details below before booking your session.
We’re happy to reschedule your session if needed, but we ask for advance notice so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.
Notice Requirement Clients may reschedule their session with at least 7 days notice for regular sessions and 30 days notice for weddings and events.
Rescheduling Availability We will do our best to accommodate a new date that works for both parties, subject to availability. One complimentary reschedule is allowed. Additional reschedules may incur a fee.
Weather-Related Rescheduling If weather conditions are unsuitable for an outdoor session, we can either reschedule or adjust the location at no additional cost. Light rain does not constitute inclement weather.
Rescheduling Fee The first reschedule is complimentary. Additional reschedules may incur an additional deposit to cover our lost availability.
If you need to cancel your session, the following policies apply:
Non-Refundable Deposits All deposits are non-refundable as they secure your date and cover our preparation time.
Full Payment Cancellations
If your session was fully paid in advance, refunds (excluding the deposit) will be provided based on the following timeline:
More than 14 days before the session
Partial refund available
Less than 14 days before the session
No refund available (as we have reserved this time for you)
Weddings & Events
Due to the extensive planning involved, cancellations within 60 days of the event may result in no refund beyond the deposit.
If a client fails to arrive for their scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee will be forfeited, and no reschedule will be offered.
If a client arrives late, the outdoor session will continue for the remaining scheduled time, but additional time will not be added unless arranged in advance.
For any indoor sessions with a setup that requires extra non-billable time, the Photographer has the right to leave or decline proceeding the session or request an additional deposit to cover the sitting time before proceeding with the session.
We understand that unexpected situations arise, such as illness, emergencies, or personal matters. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate a reschedule on a case-by-case basis.
