These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Stephanie Ip Photography (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance must be paid by the day after the session.

Payments are accepted via checks, cash, credit card, Zelle, and Venmo.

If payment is not completed within the agreed timeframe, the session may be canceled at our discretion.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the session for regular bookings and 30 days for weddings/events.

One complimentary reschedule is allowed. Additional reschedules may incur a fee.

In the case of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date.

Clients should arrive on time for their session. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time without a refund or additional time extension.

We will guide clients through poses and recommendations, but collaboration is encouraged for the best results.

Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for locations that require them.

We reserve the right to end a session early if a client is uncooperative, disruptive, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

We provide professionally edited high-resolution images in a private online gallery.

Raw/unedited files will not be provided under any circumstances.

Standard turnaround time is 2-4 weeks for regular sessions and 6-8 weeks for weddings and large events.

Requests for additional retouching may be subject to additional fees.

Stephanie Ip Photography retains the copyright to all images and may use them for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.

Clients may use their delivered images for personal use only (social media, prints, albums, etc.).

Commercial use or third-party distribution requires written permission and may incur licensing fees.

Request the deletion of your data where legally applicable.

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Client information is only used for booking, communication, and service fulfillment.

Equipment failure, loss of digital files, or accidental damage.

Weather conditions that impact shoot quality.

Client dissatisfaction due to personal preferences not communicated in advance.

In the rare event that we cannot fulfill a booking due to illness, emergency, or force majeure, we will issue a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

Clients are expected to behave respectfully and cooperate during the session.

Disruptive behavior, harassment, or verbal abuse toward the photographer or any assistants will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
